• A Way of Practicing Presence

    This is an orientation to a natural, universal form of meditation. It has two audiences in mind: beginners trying to get started, and experienced meditators reviewing the fundamentals. It can be read gradually over a few weeks, practcing the suggestions 20 minutes at a time, or read through all at once to get a quick idea of the material.
