Our virtual sangha is a network of spiritual friends and contemplatives who support one another online. It is virtual in the sense that we usually meet in the “virtual reality” of cyberspace, enabling participants from as far apart as Melbourne and Maine to build a real practice community together.
Our core community members know one another “in real life” from participating together in meditation groups and retreats — yet we also welcome friends-of-friends and other kindred spirits into our circle.
Our two main tools for interacting are the chat app Slack and the video platform Zoom.
If you think you might want to practice with us, have a look at our invitation page.
