All of our scheduled sessions together during this retreat will be alcohol-free. And, Star Island restricts alcohol from its public spaces, including the dining hall. That limits alcohol consumption to one’s bedroom.
For safety, smoking on Star Island is strictly limited to certain locations.
If you need to bring any prescription medications that are “controlled substances”, please obtain a special lock box from the Island staff when you arrive.
